With Shipping Protection, if anything goes wrong on the way, we make it right.
What's covered

Lost in transit
Not delivered within 60 days of shipping? We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund for the items.

Arrived damaged
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reship or refund the damaged items.

Stolen after delivery
Taken after the carrier marked it “delivered”? Tell us within 7 days and we'll reship or refund it.
How to make a claim
- Email us at khouloudmanale@gmail.com with your order number.
- For damaged items, add a photo of the item and the packaging.
- We check your order and tracking, then send you a replacement or refund the items, at no extra cost to you.

How much does it cost?
About 2.5% of your order value, starting from €0.98. You'll see the exact price in your cart before you check out. It's completely optional: just switch it on or off in your cart.
Questions
Can I add it after I've ordered?
No, Shipping Protection can only be added in your cart before checkout.
My parcel is taking a while. Am I covered?
Tracking can pause while your parcel travels between countries. If it still hasn't arrived 60 days after shipping, it counts as lost and you're covered.
Does it replace your return policy?
No. Our 60-Day Return Policy still applies. Shipping Protection adds cover for parcels that are lost, damaged or stolen on the way.
