🛍️ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–10 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you whenever possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

🌏 Asia (excluding China) 3–7 Business Days
🌍 Rest of the World 5–20 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.


🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your package has been dispatched.


📬 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


📦 Multiple Shipments

To provide faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


⏳ Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier operational delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

📦 Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate your shipment and help reach an appropriate resolution. Lost package claims may require additional verification and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


❌ Refused, Unclaimed & Returned Orders

Orders refused by the recipient or returned because they were unclaimed or due to an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Any eligible refund will exclude original shipping costs and any fees incurred during the return process.
