Cancellation policy

Dudu & Bubu VIP Club: €19.99 per month (or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout), billed monthly until you cancel. No minimum term. Includes 2 mystery Dudu & Bubu products per paid month, a personal 25% discount code for eligible store purchases while your membership is active, and a one-time 4,000+ GIF bonus.

Cancel any time online without logging in at www.dudububushop.com/pages/cancel-vip (Germany: "Verträge hier kündigen"), in your customer account (Subscriptions), or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops all future payments; boxes already paid for will still ship.

Withdrawal: EU/EEA, UK, Norway and Türkiye consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving their first box for a full refund.

Failed payments are retried automatically and we email you before the final attempt. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. Full terms: www.dudububushop.com/pages/vip-membership-terms
